Adult fitness classes are now being offered at US Gym! Our one hour classes will include the principles of gymnastics strength training, calisthenics, Pilates, Barre fitness, and Yoga!

Flexibility Our flexibility training class is designed to provide you with the safe & proper techniques to enhance your flexibility. Whether you're just beginning to work on your flexibility or looking to advance into deeper stretching, this class uses active and static stretches to help get you there!

Bootcamp An exercise class that caters to you, with easy, intermediate and hard levels. Bootcamps include strength training, circuit training, plyometrics, and high intensity interval training. We will challenge your balance, strength and cardiovascular strength to make you a better you!

Barre Low impact-high energy class. It combines floor and standing yoga, pilates, traditional strength training exercises and ballet into a one-hour class. Light hand weights, yoga mats & ballet barre are all part of the fun!
