Adult fitness classes are now being offered at US Gym! Our one hour classes will include the principles of gymnastics strength training, calisthenics, Pilates, Barre fitness, and Yoga!
Barre Mondays at 5:30PM, Wednesdays at 6:30PM & Sundays at 9:00AM
Flexibility Training Mondays at 7:00PM
Bootcamp Tuesdays at 6:30PM & Thursdays at 3:30PM
