Kids' Boot Camp classes are a fun way to get fit! Our boot camp classes integrate all the fun concepts of gym class style games with the regiment of everyday athletes.
Created by a certified personal trainer with 10 years experience working with young athletes, this non-competitive program builds strong kids who can apply anything they learn to other sports and every day movement. Kids pull up, push up and squat jump their way to a more active lifestyle, with the confidence that they can do anything!
